Message	or not. dont make general comments like that. RPS does NOT suck, but some HAVE had issues. bad quality on some metal/springs or problems with the clutch...that has NEVER been pinpointed. the customer service that i (and others...IE mallace recently) had was top notch. actually i received a replacement from greg in nothing flat. no questions asked. IF ash's clutch broken ..that doesnt mean that RPS is a piece of crap. I actually really liked mine. when i posted pictures of my 6 puck ...i in now way wanted to say they sucked or they all have problems. parts fail...and things are recalled all the time. so please do not say they all suck.
